Simple tagging

To manage your keywords in Voxel you can work with keyword clusters. The keyword clusters are two dimensional and consists of tag groups and tags. A keyword can have multiple tag groups assigned to them, but only one tag in each tag group.

There are multiple ways that you can tag your keywords, and this guide describes the most simplified way.

How to apply tags in the keywords table

  • Click the "tag keyword" button in a tag group column in the keywords table
  • Search for a current tag you wish to add, or write the name of a new tag and press enter
  • The keyword is now tagged
  • Select multiple keywords before clicking the "tag keyword" button and choose the "tag selection" option at the top to tag all the selected keywords with a chosen tag

How to apply tags in the tag panel

  • Open the tag panel by clicking the "Tag" button at the top of the keywords table
  • Each project has an empty tag group from the start, allowing you to quickly start tagging your keywords
  • Click the "Add Tags" button and type or paste the tags you want to add
  • Click "Confirm" and the tags will be created in the selected tag group
  • Select keywords from the table and click on the tag in the tag panel that you want to add to the keywords

How to autotag keywords

  • Add tags to a tag group
  • Click the "auto" button at the top of the tag group
  • Choose your preferred settings for auto tagging
  • Click confirm
  • Voxel will now add tags automatically to your keywords by using text match

How to create a tag group

  • Open the tag panel by clicking the "Tag" button at the top of the keywords table
  • Click the "Add tag group" button at the top of the tag panel
  • Click new empty tag group
  • Name your tag group
  • The tag group has now been created
  • Click the "Add tags" button and start adding tags to the group
  • Click the eye icon to view the tag group in the table
  • You can easily access your different tag groups by switching group in the tag group selector
